From 2017 it is a regulatory requirement for all probate firms regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ( ICAEW ) to collect, report and publish employee diversity data.
We have collected the data for 2019 and reported this to ICAEW. As an indication, the data relating to staff and partners showed a gender split of 52 % male to 48% female. The practice will continue to monitor the position to ensure that we consider the question of diversity as a dimension of our business.
